 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm based in San Francisco, CA and recently needed a backup generator installed for my property in the Austin area.  Not knowing much about the backup generator market, I was nervous about managing this project remotely.  Luckily, my first call for help was the right call.  Cory and his team engaged immediately.  They were careful not to just tell me what I needed but listened to what I wanted, understood my challenges, and acknowledged my concerns.  Cory took the information I provided and returned to me a plan that included options for generators, project timelines, and detailed installation guidance.  I signed off on the plan and other than my basic instinct to micromanage, I was able to be hands-off throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Cory comes from generations of Central Texas electricians. The Farrell name is synonymous with Master Electrical Tradesman. It's a legacy that Cory carries forward with great pride. I had an issue where the lights in my house would dim every time the AC kicked on. He came out and immediately knew what the deal was, and not only that, found some neutrals that were arcing in my panel, and could've caused a fire. He even had an infrared camera to show me how hot those conductors were getting in the panel. Was he the cheapest, heck, I'm not sure. I don't care. He came out when he said he would be there. He fixed what needed to be fixed, and not only showed me, but EXPLAINED what was going on with other issues in a way o could understand. What I DO KNOW, was he is hands down the absolute best electrician I've ever called. The guy I normally use takes 3 days to even return a call. Cory answered after the first ring, and made to come out THAT DAY around my busy schedule.
